TA101 Understanding You, Me and Us - August

August 2025

The Official Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA)

Two-day online course Saturday 16 & Sunday 17 August 2025, 10am - 5pm

Have you ever wondered why…

  • you do the things you do?

  • you think the way you think?

  • you behave the way you behave?

  • you feel the way you feel?

  • you are different from all others?

Then this is the course for you. The 2-day Introduction to Transactional Analysis (TA 101) answers these questions and many more offering a compassionate lens to take a closer look at how and why you fit into your world.

Explore the depths of human interaction and communication. This is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and others. TA is an amazingly powerful psychological theory. It has the surprising quality of being easily accessible for the newcomer, yet with a depth and complexity that can fascinate and satisfy practitioners for a lifetime.

The model can be used to understand and work with our personal and interpersonal dynamics in the workplace, in personal relationships, and educational and training settings. Or it may be the first step in training to become a counsellor or psychotherapist.
